Well, that basically sums up exactly what I’m feeling right now. I should be doing a lot of things that I need to do to get ready for this week, but I don’t want to. I just want to watch TV and do nothing all evening. I don’t want to get my clothes ready for tomorrow. I don’t want to cook my lunch for tomorrow. And I definitely don’t want to get ready to go to the gym in the morning.
But I am le tired. I am tired of the gym, I am tired of the diet, I am tired of working so hard to change everything about myself and then realize at the end of the day that I’m still the same person, I’m just more tired.
